District Cubs and Beavers Enjoy a Fun-Filled Pumpkin Picking Adventure...

On Wednesday, 22nd October, the 1st Moxby Moor and 1st Easingwold Beavers and Cubs group spent a wonderful autumn evening at Spilman’s Farm, enjoying a pumpkin picking trip full of laughter and excitement.

The visit marked one of the highlights of their autumn activity calendar and gave the young Scout groups a chance to learn, explore, and have fun together outdoors.

Armed with small wheelbarrows and big smiles, the group wandered through the pumpkin patch searching for their perfect pumpkins.

Some went straight for the biggest ones they could carry, while others looked for the most unusual shapes and colours.
